We only process personal data where necessary for the operation of our radio services (web player, mobile app, Alexa skill). Legal bases include:

3. Data Processing on Our Platforms

a) Website & Web Player

Our website includes an embedded radio player from our service provider radio.co. When using the player, the following data may be processed:

• IP address
• Browser type, device, OS
• Date and time of access
• Location data (country, possibly region)

These are used for stream functionality and analytics.

b) Mobile Apps (Android & iOS)

When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymised, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.

For iOS Apps:

• The Kids Rave Radio iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.

For Android Apps:

• The Kids Rave Radio Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the 'state' of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data.
• The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.

c) Amazon Alexa

When using our Alexa skill, Artim Media Ltd. does not collect any personal data. Data processing is subject to Amazon’s privacy policy:

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies. Any tracking (e.g., Google Analytics) occurs only after explicit user consent via the cookie banner.

5. Contact Forms & Communication

If you contact us via email or contact form, we will store the data you provide (name, email, message) to process your request. We will not share your data without your consent.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or to comply with legal obligations.
